Retro Games in Stop Motion / Frogger = Rascal?

I was watching a video on youtube entitled Retro Games in Stop Motion, which is a fun little animation, and one thing that caught my ears was the BGM for Frogger.

The Frogger sequence has videogame music that sounds *a lot like* the Opening sequence for a really old anime called Araiguma Rascal (Racoon Rascal) - part of the Nippon Animation World Masterpiece series, with Ohsugi Kumiko singing the opening theme. (NOTE: singing the non-terrible part, I mean!)

I don't know where that music is sourced from, though. I can see it's not borrowed from the SNES game of Racoon Rascal...
