7th Dragon III Code: VFD (3DS)

In 7th Dragon III Code: VFD, the world is engulfed in a time of darkness and great peril. In the year 2100, dragons have descended upon earth and humanity is at the mercy of these terrifying beasts. However, not all is lost. As the protagonist, the player will team up with Nodens Enterprises—a video game company dedicated to stopping the dragon menace—to become a dragon hunter and eventual savior of the universe. Although times are bleak, Nodens Enterprises has found a way to tip the scales in favor of mankind: By traveling through time to three different eras, the protagonist can upset the balance of the dragons’ power. This will give them the edge to defeat the True Dragons, and stand a chance against the most powerful one of them all… the 7th Dragon: VFD.

North America, Summer 2016.

It seems to be the third sequel to "7th Dragon" on Nintendo DS, which never officially came out in English (but you may find something on the internet...)

Disgaea PC (PC)

The PC version that's got PC in the title to make it really clear that it's for PC, is up on preorder on Steam: http://store.steampowered.com/sub/92830/

It's available as the "Disgaea PC: Digital Deluxe Dood Edition", which contains downloads of the game, 46 page art book, and soundtrack.

In the UK shop it's £14.99 - which is really not a bad price!

There are also a physical editions on pre-order on the NIS America Europe store, so you can get physical copies of the art book and soundtrack in a nice box:

The version with a Steam key is £22.99:

The version without a Steam key is £13.99:

...but it's £5 for shipping. I was going to get it just for the soundtrack CD until I saw that.

So getting just the bonus items on their own shipped to you costs more than the digital copy of the game with digital versions of the bonuses. Makes the digital copy seem all the more reasonable!

EDIT:

As far as I can see, there is only the edition with Steam key included on the US NIS America store:
