2011 anime calendars up for preorder

It's that time of year! The time of year when CD Japan put up calendars for preorder... and minutes later, they're sold out!

CD Japan Calendar section

Calendars I'm looking at:

One Piece

Heart Catch Pre Cure!

Digimon Xros Wars

TV anime calendar

TV tokusatsu hero calendar

All that's Ultraman

I kind of wish there were more calendars with old series known for their great artwork. There's Ashita no Joe but I haven't seen much of it and the front cover is a terrible series spoiler. Ultraman calendars always make me smile, though. Every year. :D

2010 Calendar time!

It's time for me to go shopping with calendar order / preorders! :D

Here are the ones I'm aiming for this year:

Shugo Chara! [Calendar 2010 (Kodansha Ltd.)]

Fresh Pretty Cure! [Calendar 2010 (Try-X Ltd.)]

ONE PIECE [Calendar 2010 (Try-X Ltd.)]

Higurashi no Naku Koro ni (When They Cry) [Calendar 2010 (Try-X Ltd.)]

TV Animation [Calendar 2010 (Try-X Ltd.)]
(it seems to contain Precure, One Piece, Dragon Ball Z, Digimon, Saint Seiya, GeGeGe no Kitaro, etc)

All That's Ultraman

500 yen discount voucher for CD Japan

There's a special offer on at CD Japan at the moment: put in your email address and they will send you a voucher for 500 yen off of any order of 5000 yen or more, to spend before the 30th of July 2009.

Special Offer coupon page

I guess 10% isn't that much, but it's more than welcome. (See my previous 2 posts, I have some preorders to place...)

CD Japan Magazine Subscription special offer

CD Japan have a special offer on at the moment - a 500 yen coupon towards any of their magazine subscriptions!

Follow this link for details and to get your coupon!

They're valid until the 31st of August 2008. It's an overall discount, not off each magazine, but a money-off coupon is still money-off! ^_^ I'm taking out a subscription to Voice Newtype, as I haven't seen that magazine for sale anywhere for several years now. (I used to buy individual issues from Anime Jungle) ^_^

NOTE: On the page advertising Voice Newtype, the table of shipping costs shown on the site appears to conflict with the figures that come out of the shipping calculator during the checkout process. Despite what the page says SAL is much cheaper - there's a bit of a wait on each magazine, but otherwise you'll end up paying more than the cost of the magazine in shipping for each issue!
