Anyway - new news!
It's got an ESRB rating for PC (Source) and there's going to be an Xbox One version with new graphics (Source) though it doesn't say specifically in that article that the Xbox One version will come out in English.

Pre-orders for this (uncensored!) yuri VN are now up on the Mangagamer website priced at 15% off and, on release, that should provide a Steam key as well as the direct downloadable executable.
