This Nippon Ichi Vita game, which is supposed to be read as "Hotaru no Nikki", is now available on PC:
It's a 2D puzzle-platformer, where you play as two fireflies who are helping a young girl named Mion escape from a dark old ruin full of shadows and monsters.

Assault Suit Leynos (PS4, PC)
I missed this one before, it was actually announced at the beginning of April. Dracue Software have released a new Assault Suit Leynos game, and Rising Star Games are going to release it on PS4 and PC this summer digitally.
There will also be a physical edition of the PS4 version:
The physical boxed release of the PlayStation®4 version includes a deluxe double-sided poster featuring artwork from the Japanese release as well as original art from the classic 16-bit release.
A bit of history:
The North American version of the original Sega Mega Drive Assault Suit Leynos game was called "Target Earth", and was also related to the Super Famicon game "Assault Suits Valken", released in Europe and North America for the SNES under the name "Cybernator".

"Love, Guitar, and Nashville Skyline" (PC)
This one's just vapour at the moment, I can't even say for absolute certainty if that'll end up being the final title, but Cosmillica, the developer behind the unashamedly brash and OTT brutal comedy girl gangster eroge visual novel "ATOM GRRRL!!" is apparently aiming to get this "Lesbian Road VN" localised. And possibly "ATOM GRRRL!! 2" as well.
No clue as to how this one will end up!

Conveni Dream (3DS)
Circle Entertainment's shop simulation game is heading to 3DS eShop in North America on 26th May, via Arc System Works.
