GOCCO stands for Global Online Chibi Combat Offensive. All looks very cute and bright and shiny, almost Nintendoey.
People gather in online lobbies (of up to 32 people), then go and complete quests and missions together (up to 4 people).
3rd person shooter... maybe? I dunno.
