It's going to be localised into English by PQube:

In terms of release date, it says nothing more specific than 2016.

In terms of censorship for the West, PQube say: 
"do we strike you as people who would censor such gloriousness?"

Mobile Suit Gundam Extreme Vs Force (PS Vita)

I think this may be the first non-Musou Gundam game officially released in Europe since "Target In Sight" at the PS3's launch. 

(I'm still happily playing imported English-language Gundam Breaker 3 on PS4!)



It's probably available in North America too.
