A.W. : Phoenix Festa (PS Vita)

A.W.: Phoenix Festa is based on a popular Japanese light novel — The Asterisk War: The Academy City on the Water, where in the 20th century a catastrophic event known as the Invertia leads to the destruction of many large cities on Earth. In order to recover from the devastation, the Integrated Enterprise Foundation is formed and cities are reorganized including one city called Rikka, also known as Asterisk. Within Asterisk, six academies hold tournaments called “Festas” pitting students from each academy against each other.

A.W.: Phoenix Festa combines dating sim mechanics and combat in one game and features its own original storyline carved from the light novel series. The game will let fans experience a true love adventure with numerous endings. A.W. : Phoenix Festa will also offer players various options to enhance relationships between their favorite characters which can be influenced through battles and conversations with non-playable characters (NPCs). Players may start the game as main character Ayato or an original character and go about daily school life by making friends and competing in the “Phoenix Festa” tournament. Players also train themselves in order to increase their combat abilities as they prepare to participate in the “Phoenix Festa” tournament with their favorite characters.

A digital release on North American PSN: July 26th 2016. (No word about Europe!)

Tokyo Xanadu (PS Vita, PC)

Falcom's action RPG "Tokyo Xanadu" is going to come out in English in "the first half of 2017" through Aksys Games. The Vita version will be available in North America on both physical and digital formats. The PC version will be a worldwide digital release via Steam.

Aksys have stated that they currently have no plans to localise the enhanced PS4 version "Tokyo Xanadu Ex+".

Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters Daybreak Special Gigs World Tour (PS3, PS4, PS Vita)

This is the extended version of "Tokyo Twilight Ghost Hunters", which is a game that already came out in English on Vita (and I played and really just couldn't get into!)

Chase: Cold Case Investigations ~Distant Memories~ (3DS)

This is the game people call the "spiritual successor to Hotel Dusk and Last Window". It's made by the same people - who used to work at Cing, before they went bust.

Usagimaru (3DS)

Other than "it's a game coming to 3DS eShop", I don't know what exactly this is, but I've seen it mentioned in some roundups of Aksys's announcements (1), (2).

The thing is, "Ninja Usagimaru - The Gem of Blessings -" is already out on 3DS in North America and Europe. So I guess it's another one?

999: Nine Hours, Nine Persons, Nine Doors (PC?) (new voiced version)
Virtue's Last Reward (Vita? PC?) (new voiced version)

Well, the announcement seems to have been that they're getting ported, but it didn't go so far as to say what platforms they're getting ported to.

Seems that there's a new English dub, and back when Spike Chunsoft teased it by posting a pic of the Britannic's chimneys (are they still called chimneys on a ship?), Uchikoshi tweeted in response about it looking like a "vital steamship", so - Vita & Steam?

Sources: 1, 2.

XBlaze Lost: Memories (PC)

The sequel to XBlaze Code Embryo, this title is already out in English on PS3 and PS Vita.

Aegis of Earth (PC)

It's already out for PS3 / PS4 / PS Vita, to mediocre reviews. It's been announced for PC too, now.

Bad Apple Wars (PS Vita)
Period Cube ~Torikago no Amadeus~ (PS Vita)
Collar × Malice (PS Vita)

All I know about these three is that they are all developed by Otomate and are due out in English in 2017.

Bad Apple Wars: https://vndb.org/v17344
Collar × Malice: https://vndb.org/v18160

Code: Realize ~Future Blessing~ (PS Vita)

This one's a fandisc to Code: Realize ~Guardian of Rebirth~ (already out on PS Vita). Also Otomate.

Baldr Sky Dive1 “Lost Memory” (PC)
Baldr Sky Dive2 “Recordare” (PC)

Part visual novel, part cyberpunk action RPG, the hit duology, Baldr Sky Dive1 “Lost Memory” and Baldr Sky Dive2 “Recodare” are finally coming to western audiences via Steam!
In an alternate future where Nanomachines have helped shape a new world and humanity has embedded “always-on” access to the Internet, a virtual war is waged online. Using the aid of Nanomachines, a young boy by the name of Kou Kadokura seeks to restore his memory and avenge the death of his girlfriend, Sora, whose life was taken from her during the tragedy known as “Gray Christmas.” With a deep, story-driven narrative and the opportunity to pilot, upgrade, and modify their simulacrum (mechs), players will take to the virtual battlefield in top-down battles against virus-infected simulacrum.

Koi ga Saku Koro Sakura Doki (PC) (aka SakuSaku)

Coming soon to Steam from Palette is SakuSaku. A tale about Yuma, a second-year student at Mihaya Academy who has heard more than a lifetime’s worth of gossip, romance, and love-related troubles. And as much as Yuma would like to roll his eyes and toss his head back in exasperation, he has no one to blame but himself. By offering up a listening ear and providing personal advice to the girls in his school his interest in love is at an all-time low. However, could a mysterious girl, who believes in the power of love but has actually never been able to fall in love, be able to get Yuma’s heart beating once again?

Shining Song Starnova (PC)

Shining Song Starnova from Love in Space is an idol-themed visual novel featuring energetic anime-style illustrations, a dramatic story about the trials of the entertainment industry, and songs and vocals from Japanese voice talents MI-KO (vocalist, MOSAIC.WAV) and himari (Chocola, NEKOPARA), among others.
Players will assume the role of Mr. Producer, who takes seven imperfect talents under his wing at Shining Productions. When the girls debut as the idol group STARNOVA, the task of lifting these starlets to fame rests solely on the shoulders of Mr. Producer. As they face various trials and hardships, the aspiring idols soon discover that the industry is nowhere near as perfect as it is portrayed by media.
This is the story of STARNOVA’s trials, their laughs, and their tears, as the seven girls walk the thorny path to stardom...
A star's death is only rebirth.

Boku to Koisuru Ponkotsu Akuma (PC) (aka Koikuma)

From the creator of NEKOPARA. At first, this was announced as a Denpasoft exclusive, but has since been confirmed for Steam release by the developer.

A Magical High School Girl (iOS, Steam)

Scheduled for release later this summer on iOS and PC from illuCalab, A Magical High School Girl is an enchanting magic-crafting role playing game with real time battles. Limited only by the imagination and creativity of the player, craft and create magical spells using almost any word or word combination to fend off a wide range of spirits, monsters, and fiends. Specific keywords will determine the power, element and various other parameters of the spell.

WORLD END ECONOMiCA (PS Vita, PS4)

Already out on PC via Steam, coming to Playstation in 2017.

Japanese School Life

Sekai Project are making a game about being an exchange student living in Japan. They didn't specify the platform, but I would expect PC. They aren't aiming to make a pure Japanese language only version at this point - it'll have Japanese voices and English subs. They are currently aiming for an October 2016 release.

Island

Very non-specific, this one. Take a look at the source. Could be that the game's going to get released in English on PC, PS Vita, Android, but it could also be that it's talking about the anime instead.

Publisher: Frontwing

The Afterglow of Grisaia (PC)
The Melody of Grisaia (PC)

Both are side stories to The Labyrinth Of Grisaia.

Yes, that is the only source I have!

Kimi ga Nozomu Eien (PC)

(aka Kiminozu / Rumbling Hearts)

Degica have announced they have picked this one up.

This one's been a long time coming. I think my brother owns a copy of this game for Dreamcast.

Eiyuu Senki (PC)

JAST USA are handling this one. It's already out in English on PS3 courtesy of Fruitbat Factory, I am guessing this will be the adult version with sex scenes.

Katahane (PC)

Another one announced by JAST USA.
